🚚 Delivery of Handcrafted Creations
Each Plumes des Étoiles creation is carefully prepared in my studio and then entrusted to selected carriers chosen for their reliability.
Below you will find all the essential information regarding the delivery of your order.
1️⃣ Shipping Carriers
Orders are shipped using the following carriers, depending on the weight, size, and destination of the parcel:
➡️ La Poste – Tracked Letter – for small, lightweight items (jewelry, accessories).
➡️ La Poste – Colissimo with signature – for larger or more valuable items, home delivery.
➡️ Chronopost – Pickup point delivery – to collect your order from a pickup point near you.
📌 All shipments include tracking, and a tracking number will be sent to you by email once your order has been dispatched.
👉 The most suitable carrier is automatically offered during checkout.
2️⃣ Delivery Times
Delivery times consist of two separate stages:
➡️ Order preparation
Handcrafted creations are carefully prepared and packaged within 3 to 7 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).
➡️ Parcel transit (indicative times):
🔹 Mainland France: 1 to 5 business days
🔹 European Union: 5 to 12 business days
These delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier or exceptional circumstances.
3️⃣ Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on the weight, size, and destination of the products.
The exact amount is displayed in your cart before order confirmation.
Indicative price ranges:
➡️ France: €3.50 – €23.50 depending on size and weight
➡️ Europe: €7.50 – €47.50 depending on size and weight
📌 Promotional offers on shipping fees may be available occasionally and are clearly indicated during checkout.
4️⃣ Fragile Items
Some creations may be delicate or require special care.
Each item is carefully packaged and protected before shipment.
Once the parcel is handed over to the carrier, the carrier becomes responsible for its delivery.
👉 If a parcel arrives damaged, it is important to report this to the carrier and contact me promptly at contact@plumesdesetoiles.fr.

Plumes des Étoiles handcrafted creations are delivered:

➡️ to European Union countries
European Union countries served:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.
👉 Deliveries outside the European Union are not offered at this time.
6️⃣ Delivery Delays or Issues
Despite the care taken with each shipment, a delay or incident may exceptionally occur.
In case of an issue:
➡️ Please first check your parcel’s tracking information.
➡️ If the parcel appears delayed or undelivered after a reasonable time, you may contact me via the website’s Contact page.
➡️ I will do my best to assist you and find a quick solution, either through reshipment or a partial refund if necessary.
