Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs)

1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter “T&Cs”) apply, without restriction or reservation, to all sales of physical and handmade products offered by Plumes des Étoiles – Atelier via the website https://atelier.shop.plumesdesetoiles.fr.
By placing an order, the customer fully accepts these T&Cs.

3. Products
The products offered are handmade and physical creations from the Atelier (jewelry, crochet clothing, notebooks, recipe books, etc.).
Each product is described as accurately as possible.
Images on the website are non-contractual and may slightly differ from the product received.
4. Prices
Prices are indicated in euros (€), all taxes included (VAT not applicable, article 293B of the French General Tax Code).
Plumes des Étoiles reserves the right to modify prices at any time, without prior notice.
The price applied is the one in effect at the time of the order.
5. Orders
An order is considered final once:
➡️ the cart is validated,
➡️ the Terms are accepted,
➡️ payment is confirmed.
A confirmation email is sent to the customer.
6. Payment
Payment is made online through secure platforms (Stripe, PayPal, credit card).
No banking data is stored by Plumes des Étoiles.
7. Delivery
Products are shipped to the address provided by the customer at the time of order.
➡️ Delivery times are indicated on each product page and are provided as an estimate.
➡️ Shipping costs are displayed during checkout.
➡️ The Atelier is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
8. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the customer has a 14-day period to exercise their right of withdrawal for any non-personalized physical product.
To exercise this right, the customer must contact Plumes des Étoiles at contact@plumesdesetoiles.fr and return the product in its original condition and packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
9. Refund policy
➡️ If the right of withdrawal is exercised, the refund will be processed within 14 days after receiving and inspecting the returned product.
➡️ Damaged, used, or altered products are not refundable.
➡️ Hygiene products, such as makeup wipes and similar items, cannot be returned or refunded for hygiene reasons.
➡️ Products sold on promotion or in the “Coin des Trésors Oubliés” section are refundable under the same conditions as other products, unless clearly stated otherwise on the product page.
➡️ In the case of defective or non-compliant products, the Atelier offers an exchange or a full refund.
10. Intellectual property
All content on the website and related to the products (texts, images, graphics, logos) is protected by copyright.
Any reproduction, distribution, resale, or commercial use without written authorization is prohibited.
11. Liability
Plumes des Étoiles cannot be held responsible for:
➡️ Misuse of the products
➡️ Damage occurring after receipt due to transport or improper handling
➡️ Temporary website outages
12. Personal data
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy & GDPR.
13. Consumer mediation
In accordance with Articles L612-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the consumer can use free consumer mediation in case of a dispute not resolved directly with the seller.

14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by French law.
