🛍️ Are the products physical or digital?
All products in the Atelier are 100% physical and handmade.
Each order is carefully prepared and shipped via La Poste (Tracked Letter, Colissimo with signature, or Chronopost Pickup Point depending on the chosen option).
⬇️ How does delivery work?
➡️ After payment confirmation, orders are usually prepared and shipped within 3–7 business days.
➡️ A tracking number will be provided by email once your package is dispatched.
➡️ Delivery times are indicative: France 2–5 business days, Europe 5–12 business days.
🔁 Can I request a refund?
➡️ Discounted products (Forgotten Treasures Corner) are refundable only if there is a defect or issue upon delivery.
➡️ Hygiene products (e.g., cleansing wipes) cannot be refunded for hygiene reasons, unless the product is defective.
